Navigating the Future: Highlights from Tech Jobs Fair – Budapest 2024

The Tech Jobs Fair in Budapest for 2024 was an overwhelming success, drawing thousands of tech enthusiasts and numerous companies eager to hire top-tier talent.

Hosted on September 30th at the scenic Bálna – The Whale in Budapest, located at Fővám tér 11-12, this year marks the event’s 3rd edition in Budapest and its 45th edition worldwide, further solidifying its reputation as a key gathering for the industry.

This year’s fair attracted 1900+ attendees and exhibitors from various sectors within the tech industry, including software development, data analytics, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

The event boasted a stellar roster of keynote speakers, including Ashok Dudhat , Laszlo Szemelyi, Balazs Szentgyorgyi, Csaba Bőthe , Balázs Vinnai, Ármin Szőke, Roland Kasek CMC, Emese Fejes , Réka Bogdányi, Márton Tönkő, Andrea Fonsmorti and Barbara Varga-Baráth along with our two lovely moderators Denise Gurbuz and Borbála Kovács, whose discussions spanned emerging tech trends, software development, and the critical role of diversity and inclusion in tech environments.

These sessions provided attendees with rare insights into the forefront of technological advancement and industry standards.

The speaker sessions at the event touched on a wide range of topics, from how innovation is changing jobs, to the helpful role of ICT associations for tech professionals, and the importance of employee health and wellbeing through corporate programs.
