Roland Kasek CMC
Managing Partner, Research and Development at MINDiet
Having had the opportunity to develop strategic decisions and deliver solutions at companies of 5 to 5000+ employees for over a decade, I am convinced to say mindset matters the most.
As practicing psychophysiologists at MINDiet, we are working on a healthy mental – and consequently physiological – balance that results in sustainable performance with our individual and corporate clients. The success of the MINDiet Health and Wellbeing Program is always measured in objective results (eg. blood pressure, lab results) and full ecological validity from illness prevention to health restoration and includes the accomplishment of specific business goals (eg. retention, engagement, team building, performance optimization).
At TechJobsFair Budapest, I’m talking about the MINDiet Survey, the 3-minute-short health, lifestyle, and wellbeing assessment tool that allows corporate clients to better comprehend and further develop their case for change regarding employee health and wellbeing and act accordingly. The MINDiet Score also supports employees in the decision-making process regarding their health improvement goals.
