IAESTE: Promoting life and professional changing experiences all around the world!
For students, IAESTE offers the opportunity to gain valuable work experience abroad and similarly, IAESTE is a source of high quality trainees for companies and institutions.
All IAESTE traineeships are paid, course related and give students the chance to fully immerse themselves in a new country and culture. IAESTE trainees and employers are part of a world-wide network and are supported through the entire process. From work permits and visas, to accommodation and a social programme, IAESTE makes it easy for both employers and students to benefit from multicultural experience.
Sar have been happily working as an Exchange Administrator for IAESTE Portugal since 2017. Being part of this unique Association means that everyday she help bringing together people from all over the world. Not only by giving students the opportunity to have an amazing work and cultural experience, but also by providing companies with exquisite talent and highly qualified trainees.
Besides having an important role in job raising, event organization and financial support, she also manage the communication with international offices and, most importantly, with employers (mostly tech/science/engineering companies) while being responsible for all the bureaucratic and logistical procedures of daily challenges that come along.
Karoline has just started at VOI as the Expansion & Growth Intern for the DACH region, where she supports the team in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. She holds Master’s studies of Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on transportation at the TU Berlin. She is really passionate about innovative mobility solutions that help to make cities greener and safer.
Caroline Wenninger is eager to strive to become the best version of myself everyday and building partnerships through AIESEC to allow many young people to do the same. & through this having a positive contribution in today’s world.

Matthias Fritz joined Global Blue 12 years ago as Team Leader for Software Engineers and Systems Analysts and later on got promoted to Group Product Manager role being responsible for all products supporting merchants in managing their tax-free processes. Matthias will talk about “The Impact of Digitalization in Tax-Free Shopping Business”.
Adrián is a Spanish Frontend Developer. He has studied at University of Alcalá (Alcalá de Henares, Madrid), Linköping Universitet (Linköping, Sweden) and Fachhochschule Technikum Wien (Vienna, Austria). he has worked for Alcalá university in Spain and he was part of the board of the Student Union.
