Excellence in the Industry and Global Reputation
Tech Jobs Fair was launched as a platform to empower brands and bring tech talents under a single roof. Tech Jobs Fair began its journey in 2017 from Berlin, where it held its first job fair for people in the IT industry. TJF operates with a core team in Berlin with local professionals in various countries.
The Tech jobs fair provides an excellent opportunity to find or change to a new job in the Tech industry, learn from the best IT & Digital industry experts, and network with your peers.
Founded by Ashok Dudhat, Tech Jobs Fair is officially coordinated within 16 countries with over 45+ thousand participants, 500+ organizations, 400+ partners, and 500+ thousand supporters, proof of its worldwide standing and global excellence within the industry.
Tech Jobs Fair brought together 185+ exhibitors, 100+ partners, 165+ speakers, and 25,000+ attendees for an entire year of finding talent and networking. Tech Jobs Fair held 12 events globally in the year 2022, which included 5 physical fairs and 7 virtual fairs.

1. Vienna’s Tech Jobs Fair’22 – Supported by #ViennaUP
It was our pleasure to share with you that there were 15+ speakers, 25+ companies, and 1000+ attendees at this event on 3rd June 2022 at Aula der Wissenschaften, Wollzeile 27a, A-1010 Vienna, Austria. This year marks Vienna Tech Jobs Fair’s 4th edition in Vienna and its 20th edition worldwide.

2. Canada’s Tech Jobs Fair’22

We had a great line of speaker sessions and booth visits throughout the event on 16th June 2022. This year marks Canada Tech Jobs Fair’s 2nd edition in Canada and its 21st edition worldwide.

We had a great lineup of speaker sessions and booth visits throughout the event on 30th June 2022. It would not have been possible to have such a successful 22nd edition worldwide and 2nd edition in India without our partners’ and supporters’ trust and support.

4. Israel’s Virtual Tech Jobs Fair’22
Our event was a success, with 1100+ registrations, 600+ attendees, 10+ keynote speakers, and 5+ Community, Media, and University partners throughout the event on 14th September 2022. This year marks the Israel Tech Jobs Fair’s 2nd edition in Israel and its 23rd edition worldwide.

This year marks Denmark Tech Jobs Fair’s 1st edition in Denmark and its 24th edition worldwide.

This year marks Zurich Tech Jobs Fair’s 4th edition in Zurich and its 29th edition worldwide.

This year marks Netherland Tech Jobs Fair’s 2nd edition in the Netherlands and its 31st edition worldwide.

How TJF was Synchronizing with the Latest Technological Advancements in the Market
Recruiting, coordinating, and leading a company is a significant issue that is looked at by the management. Recruiting experts need help to find an ideal fit for their jobs, and job seekers gradually lose confidence in themselves. The two sides see this issue. Job seekers need help getting a good line of work, and companies are under pressure to find experienced employees. To ensure the quality of our exhibitors’ services, we fully comprehend their recruiting needs and the roles they are looking for in the tech sector. We grant them access to our job advertising platforms, TECH JOB WALL (globally) and GERMANY STARTUP JOBS (for the Germany region). Once they publish their job openings, our website subscribers will be notified about the same.
Using our reverse-recruitment platform, HTT, we ensure their hiring occurs after the fair. Employing organizations see verified profiles, which makes it simpler to identify the ideal candidate inside the sector.
Additionally, our team continues to follow up with them frequently for their new open positions & requirements.

We have two core teams in Tech Jobs Fair, which are divided into two teams which are sales and marketing teams. The sales team usually reaches out to various exhibitors and converts them into our clients, which sets the base of the progress, the marketing team promotes our exhibitor and social media partners on social media and attracts job seekers to attend our virtual and physical fairs.
We are planning the global expansion of the Tech Jobs Fair, starting with London, Paris, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Dublin. We want TJF to be a global brand and to create a startup and tech ecosystem around the globe. TJF hopes to help more people from tech backgrounds find employment, motivate them to innovate and educate them about entrepreneurship. We are aiming to establish Tech World – Tech Communities across the world. Aspiring business leaders’ message: Work hard toward your goal with passion and keep persistence to achieve it.

This year’s Budapest Tech Jobs Fair will be held on 11th May 2023 at the Bálna – The Whale, 1093 Budapest, Fővám tér 11-12. This event is expected to attract 2,000+ attendees.
- Vienna’s Tech Jobs Fair’23 a part of #ViennaUP:
In 2023, we plan to organize Vienna’s Tech Jobs Fair on 1st June at Expedithalle Wien Eventlocation, Absberggasse 27, 1100 Wien. # ViennaUP will also support the event as last year. This event will have a footfall of 2,000 attendees.
