    Maria Geir

    Maria Geir started her career as an IT transformation consultant at Capgemini and gained international experience in large IT projects (oil & gas, banking). Recognizing the importance of interpersonal aspects in transformation processes, she extended her skills by becoming a psycho-social counselor. From 2007 to 2021, she drove the digital transformation of Erste Group as Senior P(r)M and Special Advisor. This included project portfolio management, internal communication agendas and strategic support of a management team. As an Agile Coach, SAFe Scrum Master and Product Owner, she was a trainer in the Agile Hub and initiator of “Erste Women in IT”. In 2021 she founded Octenticity, specializing in psychosocial risk management in digital transformation processes. Her “Inner 8”-Framework has recently been published in a Springer Nature Reference on SDG 8: https://link.springer.com/referenceworkentry/10.1007/978-3-662-68327-9_49-1

    Maria currently advises companies in the tourism, non-profit and public/social sectors and works with design thinking, lean mgt and systemic approaches. Moreover she is available as a key note speaker or trainer on digital transformation, psychological safety, intercultural competence and unconscious bias. As a workshop facilitator and executive coach she also incorporates elements from Lego Serious Play and other concepts that boost creativity and mindfulness.

    Her deepest believe: The most important interface in digital transformation is H2H – Human 2 Human.

    Adam Bilišič

    Adam is the CTO of a Swiss company Riwers with over 12 years of experience in IT.

    Amanda Armstrong

    Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, she now lives in Nairobi, Kenya and works with thousands of women globally as a social entrepreneur, career coach, consultant, and motivational speaker.

    Amanda graduated from Canada’s top business school where she specialized in entrepreneurship, leadership, and advanced presentation skills.

    She has 21+ years of experience in leadership, fundraising, sales, partnerships, and people-facing roles since she was in high school, along with 15+ years of professional full-time work experience in non-profit, international development, social entrepreneurship, women’s entrepreneurship, education, youth livelihoods, and tech sales.

    Amanda has worked with thousands of women, youth, non-profits & NGOs, social enterprises, B Corporations, startups, and small businesses in North America, South America, the Caribbean, Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and globally including Canada, the US, Guyana, Trinidad, Jamaica, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Ghana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Japan, Hong Kong, India, Nepal, Costa Rica, New Zealand, and Colombia.

    She was the top sales rep at a social enterprise, B Corporation, and EdTech start-up in early childhood education bringing in $500,000+ (half a million dollars) in annual recurring revenue. She achieved tremendous growth, success, and results with hundreds of loyal, long-term customers and child care partnerships using an ethical, consultative approach built on passion, honesty, integrity, empathy, and hard work.

    After losing her job in 2019 she transitioned her career coaching side hustle in to a successful full-time job and moved to Kenya. She is living her true passion and purpose by working with thousands of women globally and helping them land their dream job opportunities with the salaries and compensation that we all deserve.

    Fun Fact: Amanda is a passionate soccer / football player and snowboarder. She has summited both Mt. Kenya and Mt. Kilimanjaro.
