Our experience was positive.
And our overall opinion is that the Job Fair was useful in terms of a talent branding perspective, especially due to the multicultural environment - we’ve noticed that there was a lot of curiosity from the participants about INSCALE and what we do.
We’ve talked with around 70 participants, 10 of them potential candidates (senior/mid-level).
