    Kate Dixon, author of Pay UP! Unlocking Insider Secrets of Salary Negotiation, is the Principal and Founder of Dixon Consulting, a leadership development and total rewards consultancy that specializes in salary negotiation coaching, compensation solutions, as well as workshops and teambuilding for organizations of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 100 companies.

    Kate’s passion is helping diverse leaders around the world accelerate their results to become more successful and more fulfilled.

    Kate has spent the past 25 years working for and consulting with leaders in for-profit companies including Nike, Intel, American Express, Mercari, and Kaiser Permanente, as well as non-profits like The Learning Policy Institute, One Community Health, DePaul Industries, Period, and the Nike Community Impact Fund.

    She’s a certified coach, sits on the Forbes Coaches Council, and has been a certified compensation professional for over 20 years.

    With over 10 years of experience, Bindu has developed a strong expertise in Human Behavior and Psychology through various case studies and projects. This background has shaped her into an optimistic individual with an enhanced skill set.

    Bindu has studied Psychology and holds a double major in Library Science and Sociology, complemented by her Management studies. Working in the Human Resources department, she learned how to be a valuable asset to her organization. As a soft skills trainer across different service sectors, she has demonstrated her leadership abilities as a team mentor too.

     Currently, she is dedicated to helping her organization meet its business and branding objectives. Bindu enjoys networking and is eager to explore the tech sector and corporate culture further.

    Monielle Maio is an experienced Event Manager, with 9+ years in the event industry, specialized in delivering outstanding attendee experience and designing memorable events, having worked with some of the biggest event companies in the world.

    She also participated in the development of a startup and enjoys everything tech-related. Monielle Maio is an enthusiast for Agile and Scrum applied to the event industry.
    She is currently enrolled in a Project Management Executive MBA and she is committed to helping companies to achieve their goals through well-designed events and strategic partnerships.

    Asetila Koestinger

    Asetila Köstinger is an innovation economist, educator, community builder, and impact entrepreneur based in Vienna.

    She is the founder of the GoodStartup School -a global virtual incubator that aims to help women and underrepresented communities worldwide to build tech and non-tech impact startups. And also the initiator of the SDG Innovation LAB Vienna and accelerator-like for SMEs to design solutions that are aligned to the SDGs

    Asetila speaks, trains, and writes regularly about the implications of inclusiveness, impact, and innovation in sustainable entrepreneurship.

    She was awarded the European Good Practice Award in training in SME Internationalisation by the ETF European Training Foundation in 2018.

    As an impact entrepreneur and CEO she runs her two companies – Greenwell Energy and Koestinger International Consulting both aligned with at least one of the SDGs. For over a decade she has worked as a consultant and expert in different SME projects, private ventures, and start-up ecosystems.

    Asetila holds a Master of Science in International Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and a prospective Ph.D. in International Economic Relations and Management.
