    Martina Ernst has 20+ years of experience in international senior management roles in the finance and service industry, most recently as Head of Human Resources at Erste Bank Austria, as Global HR Business Partner at UniCredit Headquarters in Milan and as Managing Director CSE Europe and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Berlitz.

    Close cooperation with WU Executive Academy(Business School of Vienna University of Economics and Business) as Career Partner, as Board Member of the Female Leaders Network (1500 alumnae), as Board Member of the International Advisory Board (4500 alumni), as director of the People & Culture Management Course as well as senior lecturer for master programs.

    Asetila Koestinger

    Asetila Köstinger is an innovation economist, educator, community builder, and impact entrepreneur based in Vienna.

    She is the founder of the GoodStartup School -a global virtual incubator that aims to help women and underrepresented communities worldwide to build tech and non-tech impact startups. And also the initiator of the SDG Innovation LAB Vienna and accelerator-like for SMEs to design solutions that are aligned to the SDGs

    Asetila speaks, trains, and writes regularly about the implications of inclusiveness, impact, and innovation in sustainable entrepreneurship.

    She was awarded the European Good Practice Award in training in SME Internationalisation by the ETF European Training Foundation in 2018.

    As an impact entrepreneur and CEO she runs her two companies – Greenwell Energy and Koestinger International Consulting both aligned with at least one of the SDGs. For over a decade she has worked as a consultant and expert in different SME projects, private ventures, and start-up ecosystems.

    Asetila holds a Master of Science in International Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and a prospective Ph.D. in International Economic Relations and Management.

    Adela Mehic-Dzanic

    Adela Mehic-Dzanic is a Forbes featured female tech leader, frequent international speaker, and a WomenTech mentor. Originally from Bosnia, 7 years ago she moved to Austria with her husband and started building her career in Tech from scratch. Without any job, contacts and not knowing German language.

    Today, she works at the executive level of the IoT software company MAVOCO AG and serves as the VP of the Female Leaders Network of the WU Executive Academy (Business School of Vienna University of Economics) as well the VP of the Association of Business Women of B&H.

    In December 2020 she launched her own YouTube Channel – Making IT IN Austria, where she interviews real people who share a similar story like herself and who have made a successful career in Austria.She strongly believes in the power of networking and building long-lasting relationships for advancing one’s career and she had been very vocal about it through her extensive LinkedIn network.

    Adela’s mission for 2020 was to impact 1000 women and girls in IT and beyond with her career story. This experience allowed her to meet women from all walks of life, who are determined, ambitious, supportive and very often the only woman in the room.
