I support leaders and organizations that struggle or fail with important goals or change — and the negative impact this has on their business and people. Working with me, leaders and organizations learn to think, act and lead positively — as a positive mind achieves a goal or change with more ease and true impact. This way, also their wellbeing improves, relationships get healthier and peak-performance in times of stress, anger or uncertainty works with more ease.

    Lisa Thompson

Hi I’m Lisa, Career mentor and storyteller. I’m the founder of Your Career Space I focus on ‘The Power of Career Storytelling’. I believe everyone has a powerful career story to share.

Finding myself at a crossroads in 2022 of a non-linear career I joined an accelerator program to help me bring my business idea to life. I’d spent majority of my life working for big brands and now launching a company I didn’t know know how to share my career story.

I went on to develop a method and framework, this is how I describe it:

Your career isn’t just a list of jobs, it’s a story. But too many professionals struggle to articulate it in a way that feels compelling, strategic, and authentic.

At Your Career Space, I help individuals craft meaningful career narratives using my Career Mapping Model:

    1. Map key experiences, skills, and pivotal moments.
    2. Design a story that reflects both past achievements and future goals.
    3. Showcase it effectively on LinkedIn and in professional spaces.
    4. Activate it to create real career momentum.

I take a storytelling-first approach that moves beyond traditional career coaching. My LinkedIn methodology helps professionals build a presence that is dynamic, strategic, and uniquely theirs, going far deeper than just filling out a profile.

I love to inspire people to fall in love with their careers.
