Hi I’m Lisa, Career mentor and storyteller. I’m the founder of Your Career Space I focus on ‘The Power of Career Storytelling’. I believe everyone has a powerful career story to share.
Finding myself at a crossroads in 2022 of a non-linear career I joined an accelerator program to help me bring my business idea to life. I’d spent majority of my life working for big brands and now launching a company I didn’t know know how to share my career story.
I went on to develop a method and framework, this is how I describe it:
Your career isn’t just a list of jobs, it’s a story. But too many professionals struggle to articulate it in a way that feels compelling, strategic, and authentic.
At Your Career Space, I help individuals craft meaningful career narratives using my Career Mapping Model:
- Map key experiences, skills, and pivotal moments.
- Design a story that reflects both past achievements and future goals.
- Showcase it effectively on LinkedIn and in professional spaces.
- Activate it to create real career momentum.
I take a storytelling-first approach that moves beyond traditional career coaching. My LinkedIn methodology helps professionals build a presence that is dynamic, strategic, and uniquely theirs, going far deeper than just filling out a profile.
I love to inspire people to fall in love with their careers.
Sara Curto is a certified leadership & career coach who has spent the last 7 years helping people find their dream jobs, where they work less, make more money and finally feel happy and fulfilled doing work they love. Leaning on her 15 years in HR and Talent Acquisition and her first career as a Mental Health counselor, Sara takes a unique approach to help people navigate the job search, career growth and career change goals. This means her clients spend less time looking for an amazing role, earn up to double their salary and feel in control of their future, no matter what is going on in the job market.
With a dynamic background in journalism, event moderation, and economics, I bring a unique blend of storytelling, audience engagement, and analytical insight to every event I moderate. From my early years in voice-over work and TV presenting to leading panel discussions and cultural celebrations, I’ve honed the art of captivating audiences with clarity and impact. My experience spans diverse events, including Kosovision Contest, USAID’s “21st Century Youth” project, and Down Syndrome Kosova’s policy discussions, where I facilitated meaningful conversations on critical social issues. Most recently, I moderated the Wiener Kaiser Orchestra event in Vienna, blending cultural appreciation with engaging dialogue. With a strong foundation in economics and a passion for thought-provoking discussions, I thrive in moderating events that explore business, entrepreneurship, technology, and socio-economic inequalities—bringing depth, energy, and professionalism to every stage.
