Eredményeim közé tartozik a vérnyomás tartós csökkentése, az alvásminőség javítása, az inzulinbevitel mérséklése, a kiégés kezelése és egyéb prevenciós beavatkozások sikeres vezetése. A Selye János Doktorandusz Szakkollégium Magatartásorvoslási Kutatócsoportjának vezetőjeként kutatási területem az egészséges teljesítmény diagnosztikája és fejlesztése. My field of expertise is health preservation and restoration at the individual, group and corporate level. My results can be measured in changes in objective physiological indicators – for example: blood count, blood pressure, body composition – which are associated with achievable health goals.
