Paul was President of the Global Speakers Federation in 2019 – 2020; he is currently President of the Virtual Speakers Association International (2022 – 2024). He received in April 2023 the Knighthood in the Order of Orange-Nassau. Paul is guest-lecturer at the University of Maastricht and Tilburg.
