    Joana Pais

    Joana Pais belongs to a generation of Millennials who changed careers and reskilled for the “jobs of the future” or “future of work”. She currently works on a global role as Global Communications & Culture role at OSF Digital. Her last roles on Future of Work offer in Human Capital Consulting and Employer Branding were born on this new world of work, where skills are transferable, and talent looks for purpose and attractive companies to work for. The current ecosystem requires companies to adapt very fast in order to transform, enable and communicate a memorable experience for best talent, in all kinds of remote, onsite or hybrid work environments.

    That is exactly where she focused: she started working in Technology and Consulting global companies in 2018 (Deloitte and OutSystems) after spending close to decade and a half in sales and marketing. She is also a speaker, trainer and co-author. In her free time she loves travelling, practicing sports, networking and enjoying good moments with family and friends.

    I am a danish career and job search expert that specializes in using AI (mostly ChatGPT) to leverage my clients job search. My main focus is on the CV, LinkedIn and networking. Through my company Arbeit, I do various thing: Work shops, webinars, private clients, external consulting. And I have the CV builder cv.arbeit.dk where people can work in my CV and cover letter templates and get help writing their documents with AI solutions.

    Pedro Miguel Diegues

    Over the last 26 years Pedro has developed skills through his work in various industries such as retail, telecommunications, energy, and banking. He has worked in areas such as Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Information Systems Architecture, and Executive Coaching.

    He developed and managed Research and Competitive Intelligence units, created and managed a Corporate University, developed technological event platforms. He developed and monitored the execution of strategic plans. He designed and developed the Information Management System and commercial reporting of a financial institution. He transformed, developed, and organized more than 35 teams using agile methodologies. He has created workshops and training in the areas of Competitive Intelligence, Strategic Foresight, Leadership, Performance, Objectives, and Time Management. Above all, he is passionate about the Competitiveness of organizations and companies. Loves creating scenarios and alternatives to the current state of industries, countries and the world.

    He has a master degree in Information Systems for Management by ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, Specialized in Strategy and Scenario planning by Oxford Business School, and multiple certifications in areas such as Agile, Goal management, Lean management, Kanban systems, Six Sigma, ITIL, Coaching, UX/UI…

    Dorota Klop-Sowinska

    Dorota Klop-Sowinska, founder of DoSo! Coaching is a certified coach and counselor from Dutch Academy for Psychotherapy. Dorota is an international career coach with over 14 years of experience in coaching. In 2020, Dorota completed a new breakthrough studies in neurocoaching and obtained a Brain-Based Coaching Certificate and Results Trained Coach certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute. Dorota is also certified Mental Fitness Coach. In 2022 Dorota was selected to join exclusive Forbes Coaches Council.

    Before transitioning into coaching she worked in a corporate setting which enables her to understand the challenges of a corporate career.

    Her focus lies predominately on: career development, career transition, job search coaching, job interview preparation training, communication skills, leadership skills, talent development, cross-cultural communication.

    In the past 14 years, Dorota has worked with a wide range of clients, from top company executives, middle level management, and individuals willing to take charge of their career.

    Dorota has published two books “Career Jump! How to Successfully Change Your Professional Path” and “How to Get a Job in the Netherlands.”

    She has lived and worked in Poland, the Netherlands, Mexico & Brazil. Currently living in Amsterdam.

    I am a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Infor based in Barcelona, with a background in Psychology, Meditation & Mindfulness and recently studied to become a Life & Career Coach.
