My name is Anja Brnic, and I am a Senior Talent Partner at Affinidi, a technology company building infrastructure for secure, privacy-preserving data sharing and digital identity. I bring several years of experience in building high-performing, inclusive teams in the tech space.

Originally from Zenica (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and now based in Berlin, I’ve spent the past 5+ years helping startups and scaleups navigate the fast-paced world of hiring – especially in decentralized tech, cybersecurity, and cross-functional product environments.

My specialty lies in human-centered recruitment, with a strong focus on aligning talent strategy with company values and long-term growth.
