My career journey has allowed me to explore various roles, from Head of Sales and Business Development to Director of Sales and Business Development, and even consulting for other firms, before joining Exness in 2022 as a Trading Training Specialist.
At Exness, my focus is on creating seamless onboarding experiences, helping new employees integrate smoothly and build the skills necessary for success. I specialise in developing comprehensive training programs, delivering them in ways that cater to various learning styles. Beyond training, I’m passionate about content creation, producing educational materials, including videos and voice-overs, and enhancing them with my proficiency in video and audio editing software.
My enthusiasm for the financial industry stems from its constant evolution, the opportunities it offers, and its global reach. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel the world due to this career, and my drive comes from seeing others succeed in the industry.
