Women AI Academy is an online training organization based in Germany, certified by the Federal Employment Agency Funding (AZAV). Its team consists of global members who develop and deliver training mainly in English for AI ethics and big data-related skills.
Women AI Academy was founded with the mission of addressing gender inequality issues in tech. It is founded by women for women, including women returners, career changers, and women interested in technical fields but who may not be well-informed or encouraged.
We are aware of the challenges that women face in the workplace because we have experienced them ourselves. We are determined to level the playing field for women and our vision is to have “51% Women for AI Jobs”. We understand that this is a daring goal, but we are up for the challenge. As women, this is what we do best day in and day out!
