Our goal is to reduce energy consumption, maximize user comfort and reduce complexity through transparent data analysis for operational management.

We are an innovative university spin-off and as a team we build on more than 30 years of know-how in AI research and over 15 years of practical experience in building and measurement technology.

Currently, the DiLT team is working on “FaciliMind” – a unique and intelligent fault detection and diagnostics software for large commercial buildings (>3,000 m²) with a BACnet-based automation system.
