Csaba Bőthe has a degree in physics and started his career as a research biophysicist at the Enzymology Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. From 1992, he joined the Hungarian Innovation Association as a young assistant manager. In 1994, after completing his MBA studies, he joined Westel 900. From 1996, he worked as a deputy director of business development, and from 1998 as a sales director at the mobile telecommunications company.
In 2000, he received a PMD degree from Harvard Business School. Between 2001-2004, he led the construction of the Mobimak mobile telecommunications company in Macedonia as COO. Returning home, after the merger of T-Mobile and Magyar Telekom, he worked as the head of the SME division of the new company. In 2008, he became the Director of Customer Relations and Operational Support of T-Systems Hungary, and from 2011 he held the position of Deputy CEO.
Between 2012-2015, he worked as the CEO of IT Services Hungary, then in 2016 as the VP of Central and Eastern Europe of Liberty Global/UPC. After a one-year interim management detour, he joined Invitech ICT Services in 2018, then led Telenor’s large and medium-sized company sales between 2019-2022.
He returned to Invitech as CEO in 2022 to lead the transformation of the company and the B2B integration of the 4iG group. Founding board member of the Hungarian Innovation Foundation. Mentor of the Corvinus University Executive MBA program. Member of the 3rdGen consulting team. He is married with two children. Writer of numerous blogs and author of two books (Wonders of a Manager and Welcome to the Third Millennium – both published by Gondolat Publishing House).

Balázs Vinnai is an outsdanding actor of the Hungarian startup community and fintech industry, who burst into the Hungarian and regional business scene with the successful exit of the IND Group he founded and led. He has co-founded several thriving startups, including Codecool, the leading programming school in Central and Eastern Europe, and Finshape, a regional firm specializing in digital solutions for the banking sector. Additionally, he actively supports numerous emerging companies as an investor. In 2021, Vinnai joined MBH Bank as Chief Advisor to the Chairman. Since 2007, he has been a Member of the Board at IVSZ – Hungarian Association of Digital Companies, and in 2020 he became its Chairman.

With over 400+ events under her belt, she holds unique insights into Denmark’s status quo.
She has released 2 job market reports which has enabled thousands of people to get knowledge about the job market. Besides all of these cool things is Helena a genuine and positive spirit. She is a powerhouse fuelled by the people around her and her belief that she can and is making a difference. Fun fact, Helena is half Danish and half Uruguayan which is where she believes she’s gotten her positive and warm personality from.
