She is a certified project manager (IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, ITIL) and leads courses in project management for both the private and public sectors. Additionally, she works as a personal coach and holds ICF certification. Her professional experience spans Norway and Sweden.

With over 15 years of experience in the multi-asset CFD financial industry, I have developed a deep passion for this fast-paced and dynamic field. My career journey has allowed me to explore various roles, from Head of Sales and Business Development to Director of Sales and Business Development, and even consulting for other firms, before joining Exness in 2022 as a Trading Training Specialist.

I specialise in developing comprehensive training programs, delivering them in ways that cater to various learning styles. Beyond training, I’m passionate about content creation, producing educational materials, including videos and voice-overs, and enhancing them with my proficiency in video and audio editing software.
