Alexandra Badea
Hello! I’m Alexandra, a motivational trainer with 8 years of experience and a ton of enthusiasm! A few years ago, I realized I could make a real difference in people’s lives, not just through recruitment (which has always been more “famous”), but through the courses and training I deliver.
Throughout this time, I’ve held courses on soft skills, employee motivation, public speaking, leadership, human resource management, and even entrepreneurship. I’ve worked with IT students, helping them create LinkedIn profiles and successful CVs, and I’ve been part of major projects such as the Career Caravan organized by Samsung and eJobs Romania. 🚀
International appearances? Of course! As an international speaker, I’ve taken the stage at events like:
EIT Tech Talent (EU) – where I’ve had four courses approved: https://www.eitdeeptechtalent.eu/the-pledge/meet-the-pledgers/she-is-mom/
And let’s not forget the TV appearances! 🎥 I’ve appeared multiple times on TV in Bucharest, including on the stage of Imperiul Leilor (Romania’s version of Shark Tank), where I presented innovative ideas and startups.
In the past year, I’ve also added AI to my portfolio – I’m here to teach you how to communicate with artificial intelligence and how to streamline your job using AI. 🤖
Why do I do this?
Because I love inspiring people! I enjoy being on stage and bringing energy, solutions, and ideas that make a difference.
So, if you want to boost your confidence, develop your communication skills, or learn how to work efficiently with AI, I’m here to help!
