Founder and CEO of Every Mother Knows
I have a background in Psychology and several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Management, People Coaching & Development – working with multinational companies, non-for profit organisations and start-ups both in the Dutch and international market.
In 2018 I launched Every Mother Knows to bridge the gender and talent gap in the current job market by connecting mothers to jobs and career opportunities at diverse, flexible and family friendly companies.
Through Every Mother Knows, I provide career coaching, job search assistance, community events and recruitment services.
Originally from Italy, I live in Amsterdam since 2009. I’m a proud mother of two boys, love a good espresso, the seaside and taking a break on a yoga mat.
