Hello! I’m Alexandra, a motivational trainer with 8 years of experience and a ton of enthusiasm! A few years ago, I realized I could make a real difference in people’s lives, not just through recruitment (which has always been more "famous"), but through the courses and training I deliver. Throughout this time, I’ve held courses on soft skills, employee motivation, public speaking, leadership, human resource management, and even entrepreneurship. I’ve worked with IT students, helping them create LinkedIn profiles and successful CVs, and I’ve been part of major projects such as the Career Caravan organized by Samsung and eJobs Romania. 🚀 International appearances?
