We are dedicated to empowering migrant women by providing them with the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive in Austria. Our mission is to foster a sense of belonging and enable women to lead fulfilling, independent lives. NIWA focuses on key areas such as job market integration, professional development, and financial independence, helping women build strong foundations for personal and career success in their new home country.
